Recently my husband and I had the pleasure of attending the soft launch of Prince Edward County's newest winery, Redtail Vineyard. Canada's only "off-grid" winery, owners Pauline Joicey & Gilbert Provost are as passionate about the environment as they are about wine. Located at 422 Partridge Hollow Road, Consecon, the official opening takes place this weekend, Saturday May 9 & Sunday May 10, 2009.
